The obtained organic layer was purified by silica gel flash column chromatography (ethyl acetate: hexane = 1: 4) to obtain tert-butyl 3- (methylsulfonyloxy) -8-azabicyclo [3.2.1] octane-8-carboxylate 92.4%).
