The residue was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel (EtOAc as eluent) to afford the desired product as a white solid (400 mg, 73%). 1H NMR (CDCl3) delta 9.13 (s, 1H), 8.69 (dd, J=9.40 and 2.35 Hz, 1H), 8.08 (d, J=9.53 Hz, 1H), 7.42 (d, J=2.33 Hz, 1H), 5.25 (br, 1H), 4.31 (m, 2H), 4.09 (t, J=8.21 Hz, 2H), 3.69 (t, J=8.14 Hz, 2H), 3.63 (m, 1H), 2.95 (m, 2H), 1.77-2.04 (4H), 1.48 (s, 9H). Calcd for C21H28N5O3 (MH+) 398.3, found 398.3.
