The article contains the following contents:

Organic additives are extensively used as ingredients in biodegradable mulch films. They are swiftly released into the environment, which may have an ecotoxicol. impact on plant growth and development, as well as on soil microbial community abundance and function. Herein, a method based on the application of microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) and dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) was developed to analyze eighty organic additives by gas chromatog.-mass spectrometry in poly(butylene adipate terephthalate) (PBAT) biodegradable mulch films. This was a comprehensive study, including the identification of organic additives, optimization of MAE and DLLME methods, anal. of isocyanate conversion, and evaluation of the matrix effect (ME). Under the optimized exptl. conditions, this method exhibited excellent detection capabilities for organic additives, except for 5 kinds of isocyanates and their reaction products, with coefficients of determination R2 > 0.999 and lack of fit P > 0.05 in linear regression parameters. A negligible ME was observed The relative recoveries were 93.0-109.8%, and the repeatability and reproducibility varied within the ranges of 2.06-8.76% and 2.38-10.23%, resp. The limits of detection and limits of quantitation were 0.0008-0.0586μg g-1 and 0.003-0.195μg g-1, resp. The developed method was further successfully applied to the anal. of organic additives in PBAT biodegradable mulch films from four different manufacturers. Interestingly, the Venn diagram and principal component anal. showed that different manufacturing origins display obvious characteristic differences in the organic additive types and concentrationscis-13-Docosenamide (cas: 112-84-5) were involved in the experimental procedure.

Synthetic Route of C22H43NO《Different metabolites induced by deoxynivalenol in the serum and urine of weaned rabbits detected using LC-MS-based metabolomics》 was published in 2021. The authors were Li, Fuchang;Huang, Libo;Liu, Quancheng;Wang, Pengwei;Chen, Hongju;Wang, Chunyang, and the article was included in《Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology, Part C: Toxicology & Pharmacology》. The author mentioned the following in the article:

The main toxic effects of deoxynivalenol (DON) are the result of long-term accumulation, and there are no obvious clin. signs at the early stage. Specific metabolites in blood and urine can be used as biomarkers and become an important diagnostic indicator for DON poisoning monitoring. This study aimed to reveal the differences in DON-induced metabolites in the serum and urine of weaned rabbits. Thirty-two weaned rabbits were divided into two groups: control group and DON group. Both groups of rabbits were fed a basic diet. Rabbits in the DON group were administered 1.5 mg/kg b.w. DON by i.p. injection on an empty stomach in the morning every two days. Rabbits in the control group were injected with the same amount of saline every two days in the same way. After the 25-day trial, serum and urine samples from different exptl. periods were collected. The results based on the LC-MS/MS method showed that DON can be metabolized rapidly in blood, and urine is the main metabolic pathway for DON. Data based on metabolomics illustrated that underlying biomarkers in serum were mainly involved in glycerophospholipid metabolism, tryptophan metabolism and pentose and glucuronate interconversions, while those in urine samples were involved in caffeine metabolism, glycine, serine and threonine metabolism, and terpenoid backbone biosynthesis. Correlation anal. suggested that DON can induce changes in certain disease-related metabolites in serum and urine. In conclusion, the pathogenic mechanism of DON includes multiple levels, indicating that DON poisoning is caused by multiple factors acting on multiple links.cis-13-Docosenamide (cas: 112-84-5) were involved in the experimental procedure.

The article contains the following contents:

This study investigated effect of wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) on the concentrations and component profiles of condensable particulate matter (CPM). This research was carried out in two ultralow emission coal-fired power plants (CFPPs), which were equipped with pulverized coal furnaces (PC), in Hunan province, China. The CPM concentrations were measured following the US EPA Method 202. The stack emissions of filterable particulate matter (FPM) met the Chinese ultralow emission standards, and the CPM concentrations from CFPP A and B were resp. 12.12 and 17.64 mg/Nm3. In the WFGD system, the removal efficiencies of the FPM and CPM were resp. 80% and 91% in CFPP A, 83% and 81% in CFPP B. SO2-4 accounted for the largest fraction of the total detected water-soluble ions in the CPM. Alkanes were the main component of the organic fraction in the CPM, which accounted for 95% in CFPP A and 92% in CFPP B. The removal efficiency of inorganic components from the CPM in CFPP A and B were 81% and 92%, resp., possibly because the water-soluble ions could be dissolved and removed in the slurry; however, due to the limited solubility of alkanes and esters, the removal efficiency of organic components from the WFGD in CFPP A and B were only 17% and 31%, resp. The emission factors (EFs) of the CPM for CFPP A and B range from 0.090 to 0.979 kg/(t of coal). And cis-13-Docosenamide (cas: 112-84-5) was used in the research process.

The research results were published in《Journal of Food Science and Technology (New Delhi, India)》 in 2022.Name: cis-13-Docosenamide The article conveys some information:

The objective was to study the optimization of fermentation conditions for fermented green jujube wine and quality anal. This study investigated the fermentation process conditions, the changes in physicochem. indexes, antioxidant capacity and volatile compounds measured from green jujube wine during winemaking. The optimized conditions (the initial sugar, yeast addition, fermentation time and SO2 treatments) for green jujube wine were 24%, 0.3%, 8 d, 80 mg/L, resp. The results showed that the variation trend of different substances in green jujube wine in different fermentation periods were different. In the process of alc. fermentation, the green jujube wine had a high 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging ability, 2,2′-amino-di (2-ethyl-benzothiazoline sulfonic acid-6) ammonium salt (ABTS) free radical scavenging ability and reducing power. Furthermore, a total of 50 volatile compounds were identified in green jujube wine, in which the relative content of aldehydes, ketones, heterocyclic and aromatic compounds were significantly reduced after fermentation To complete the study, the researchers used cis-13-Docosenamide (cas: 112-84-5) .

Synthetic Route of C22H43NOIn 2021, Power, Andrew;White, Philip;McHugh, Brendan;McGovern, Evin;Murphy, Sinead;Berrow, Simon;Schlingermann, Moira;Gately, Cillian;Tannian, Marissa;Newton, Stephen;Crowley, Denis;O′Hea, Linda;Boyle, Brian;O′Connor, Ian published 《Legacy and emerging contaminants in common guillemot Uria aalge eggs in Ireland and Wales》. 《Chemosphere》published the findings. The article contains the following contents:

Guillemot eggs from multiple Irish colonies and one Welsh colony were analyzed for legacy pollutants such as polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), polybrominated di-Ph ethers (PBDEs) and other organochlorine compounds (OCs), as well as metals. Stable isotope ratios of carbon (δ13C) and nitrogen (δ15N) were measured in eggs to understand the influence of diet on contaminant levels detected. Wide-scope target and suspect screening techniques were used on a single guillemot egg, providing novel information on contaminants of emerging concern. Stable isotope ratio anal. showed that guillemots from Great Saltee Island and Lambay Island (Ireland′s east coast) had a similar carbon source (δ13C) and fed at similar trophic levels (δ15N), pollutant levels were higher in eggs from Lambay Island near Dublin, Ireland′s industrialised capital city. Guillemot eggs from Aughris Head (Atlantic west coast of Ireland), and Skomer Island (Wales) had differing isotopic niches to other colonies. Egg samples from Aughris Head had the lowest levels of pollutants in this study (with the exception of mercury) and amongst the lowest levels reported worldwide. In contrast, Skomer Island had the highest level of pollutants with higher concentrations of Σ16PCB, Σ6PBDE and HCB than Irish colonies, most likely a result of its proximity to historically industrial areas. Levels of PCBs, p,p′ -DDE and mercury in guillemot eggs have decreased over time according to this study, in concurrence with worldwide trends. Levels of pollutants in guillemot eggs, in this study, fall below existing thresholds for adverse effects in other species, with the exception of mercury. And cis-13-Docosenamide (cas: 112-84-5) was used in the research process.

The article contains the following contents:

In order to investigate the influence of pigments on laser marking properties of polypropylene (PP) based composites, composite boards were prepared by utilizing PP as the matrix, mica, antioxidants as the additive ingredients, phthalo blue, phthalocyanine green, titania white and carbon black as the pigments via melting extrusion and injection molding. Composite marking boards were prepared by laser marking, |ΔL|andΔE value before and after laser marking were evaluated by colorimeter. The effects of pigments including phthalo blue, phthalocyanine green, titania white and carbon black on laser marking properties of PP-based composites were estimated The results show that phthalo blue, phthalocyanine green and titanium white have two sides on laser marking, i.e. a small amount of additive can decrease the effect of laser marking, while when the content is increased, the effect can be weakened by increasing the difference between their own color and the sample. On the other hand, the higher carbon black content, the weaker the marking effect. The experimental procedure involved many compounds, such as cis-13-Docosenamide (cas: 112-84-5) .

The article contains the following contents:

Pouteria lucuma fruit is commonly used to prepare desserts, but it is also sold as pulp or flour. Then, huge amounts of its seeds are produced as agro-industrial waste, frequently eliminated. This study aims at analyzing the presence of all metabolites in Pouteria lucuma seed oil (LSO) by GC-MS and GC-FID. Several compounds were tentatively identified, such as fatty acids, fatty alcs., carotenes, phytosterols and tocopherols from LSO. A representative result was the high amount of β-sitosterol with 851.49 ± 1.29 mg/100 g of LSO, followed by stigmasterol with 75.42 ± 1.02 mg/100 g. Fatty acids with the highest content were oleic acid (13.57 ± 1.50 g/100 g of LSO), 9E-octadecenoic acid (6.85 ± 1.15 g/100 g of LSO), palmitic acid (5.44 ± 1.18 g/100 g of LSO) and stearic acid (2.12 ± 1.03 g/100 g of LSO). Therefore, metabolites tentatively identified in Pouteria lucuma seed oil have been linked to healthy properties based on a high amount of β-sitosterol present. This evidence could determine this agro-industrial waste with having beneficial properties, thus providing great added value.
