The solution was stirred for 2h, and then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by flash chromatography (Hex/EtOAc 25% to 65%) to afford 5.46Og of product as a white solid and 1.4Og of product with triphenylphosphine oxide impurity. This second batch was purified by flash chromatography (Hex/EtOAc 20% to 60%). The product was obtained as a white solid (6.16Og, 63%).[0238] LCMS: R.t. 1.66 min ES+ 505 (formic acid).
