Compound 119 (10 g, 0.11 mol) , Lawson’s reagent (24 g, 0.06 mol) was added to a round bottom flask containing 150 mL of anhydrous tetrahydrofuran, protected with nitrogen, and stirred at 70 for 16 h. LCMS monitoring, after the reaction was completed, quenched with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution, extracted with EtOAc (400 mL ¡Á 2) , and the combined extracts were washed with saturated aqueous sodium chloride (100 mL) , dried with anhydrous Na 2SO 4, concentrated under reduced pressure, and then purified by column chromatography (eluent: ethyl acetate/petroleum ether, 1/3, v/v) , obtained 5 g of a yellow soild, yield: 42.4%. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl 3) : delta ppm 1.29 (d, J = 6.8 Hz, 6H) , 2.84-2.97 (m, 1H) , 6.95 (s, 1H) , 7.73 (s, 1H) .
