Nucleophilic aromatic substitution (SNAr) reactions of non-activated aryl fluorides RF [R = (4-biphenyl), [4-(pyridin-2-yl)phenyl], naphthalen-1-yl, pyridin-3-yl, etc.] with amide enolates e.g., 1-methylpyrrolidin-2-one are reported.
