Step 4. A mixture of tert-butyl 2-amino-4-fluorophenylcarbamate (2.70 g, 11.95 mmol), 4,6-dichloro-2-(methylsulfonyl)pyrimidine (2.71 g, 11.95 mmol) and DMSO (15 mmol) was stirred at ambient temperature overnight.
