(Step 1) A solution of the compound (0.300 g) obtained in Example 29, step 1, 2-methylpiperidine (185.7 muL), XPhos (0.030 g) and tBuONa (0.152 g) in toluene (10 mL) was degassed with argon gas, Pd2(dba)3 (0.019 g) was added, and the mixture was stirred at 100C for 1.5 hr under an argon atmosphere. The reaction mixture was poured into water, and the resultant product was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with water and brine and dried, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure.
