The mixturewas quenched with water (40 mL), then extracted withethyl acetate (3 x 40 mL). The combined organic layerextracts were washed with brine, dried over anhydrousMgSO4, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure.The residue was purified by flash column chromatography.The desired product was obtained as white solid (0.13 g,56.4 %).
