Purification by silica gel chromatography (Biotage, 10Og) eluting with EtOAc: iso- hexane, 1 :10 gave the sub-title compound as a yellow oil. Yield: 6.56 g1U NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) delta 8.03 (s, IH), 4.40 (q, J= 7.1 Hz, 2H), 1.48 (s, 9H), 1.39 (t, J =6.3 Hz, 3H).MS: [M+H]+=214 (MultiMode+)
