Then DMF and THF were removed under reduced pressure and the residue was dispensed in water and filtered to get the crude product. The crude compound was further purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel (ethyl acetate in petroleum ether, 50% v/v) to afford pure product tert-butyl 2-(4- (4-(2-(5-((5-tert-butyloxazol-2-yl)methylthio)thiazol-2-ylamino)-2- oxoethyl)phenoxy)butanamido)-4-fluorophenylcarbamate (150 mg, 54%) as a pale yellow solid. LCMS : 698 [M+ 1 ]+.
